Occupational Medicine Associates employs only certified collectors to perform testing of individuals for pre-employment, random, post accident and incidents of reasonable suspicion. Collectors are certified and trained on proper protocols on a routine basis. Male/female collectors are available for observed collections if deemed necessary. Our collectors and laboratory meet the required standards established by SAMSHA.

Continued education and training is required for all collectors. Laboratory testing is expanded upon the discovery of new substances available for abuse as they are identified.

Lab Tests Available:

• 5 Panel DOT (Urine)
• 5 to 12 Panel Non DOT (Urine)
• Hair Follicle Testing
• Alcohol  In-House (Breath/Instant Result-with confirmation)
• Alcohol 80 Hour Urine (send-out lab result)
• Testing for specific substances in addition to the above panels are available on request
• Blood
• Oral Fluid Drug Testing

Our Director is certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council and AAMRO. He is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
